Gabriella Liandu (alto) joins Ex Cathedra as one of the soloists in their upcoming concert performance of Bach’s St John Passion on Good Friday 2024

In this anniversary performance, we incorporate chorale preludes, motets, congregational hymns and readings to offer a richer experience of the Good Friday service as Bach knew it. The programme will include:

Handl Ecce quomodo moritur justus

Sung in German with English surtitles.
Running time: approx. 3 hours, including a 30-minute interval.
